Any candidate resume submitted by Trans-United Consultants Ltd. for consideration to a client company remains the jurisdictional property of Trans-United Consultants Ltd. for a period of one (1) year from the date of submission.

As such, any placement of the submitted individual during this jurisdiction period would result in payment owing to Trans-United Consultants Ltd. as per the placement fee terms agreed to.

Clients agree, with acceptance of engaging Trans-United Consultants Ltd.'s services, to indemnify and hold harmless Trans-United Consultants Ltd., it's employees and representatives, from and against any and all claims, losses or damages resulting from or in connection with the services provided.
