·        Tooling Designer / Engineer

o       Masters in Mechanical Engineering. 5 years+ experience in mechanical design of automatic production machinery, tooling, gauges and fixtures for automotive industry, robot cells. Solid Works and Creo proficiency. Performed stress analysis, design of prototype tooling, BOM, customer liaison, technical support to shop floor. Recommending engineering changes and corrective actions on designs.

·        Production Supervisor

o       BA Psychology + Aeronautical Engineering courses (sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining, paint coating applications).  25 years+ work experience in primarily supervisory roles _ industrial and logistics.  Experience with custom metal fab to volume production settings.  Lean manufacturing (5S, Kanban, Kaizan) and ISO process verification and auditing.  Non-union and some union experience.

·        Industrial Electrician

o       Red Seal Industrial Electrician (442A) license + Construction & Maintenance Electrician (309A) license + Degree in Electrical Engineering.  25 years+ experience in electrical maintenance support _ industrial, commercial, municipal and residential. Experience in high volume automotive parts plants, chemical, other.  Troubleshooting electrical faults and power systems, control electronics.  Interpretation of electrical code specs to determine installation layouts.                

o       Salary: $40/hr

·        Millwright

o       Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license + Mechanical Engineering Degree. 20 yrs+ work experience in industrial maintenance in various environments (corrugated packaging, food, extrusion & thermoforming, chemical, finishing and rotary equipment. Repair, troubleshooting, installations.  Hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, compressors, conveyors, grinders, etc.  LOTO, 5S, GMP, Preventative and Predictive maintenance.

·        Maintenance Supervisor

o       Mechanical Engineering Technician Diploma + MMP (Maintenance Management Professional) certification. 25 years+ work experience in automotive sector, heavy manufacturing, and commercial real estate.  Experience in food products, JIT assembly, injection molding, painted parts, etc. Experience with MP2, Continuous Improvement, developing and managing a maintenance team.  Union and non-union experience.            

o       Salary: $85K

·        Process Engineer

o       BSc Chemical Engineering. 1 year+ experience in process engineering applications, mostly for high volume automotive parts facility with chemical processes.  Optimizing of process design, analysis of process data, tooling changes.  Experience in lab and production environments.  Autocad proficient. Experience with process design, P&ID, continuous improvement methods.

o       Bachelor of Engineering _ Polymer Materials + M.Sc. Chemical Engineering + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. 9 years work experience in engineering and QA applications. Spearheading and scaling up new products, process development.  Reduction of chemical-related manufacturing scrap, management of daily chemical processes and equipment, 5S implementation.  Involvement in chemical procurement, storage and disposal.

Development of quotes, price negotiation, coordinate with engineering and design teams on proposals.

·        Controls Engineer

o       Bachelor Degree _ Electronics & Communications + M. Eng. Electrical. 5 years_+ work experience with automation and controls systems, robotics and vision systems in manufacturing environments.
