·        Industrial Electrician

o       Red Seal Industrial Electrician + Electrical Engineering Degree.  25 years+ experience in primarily printing and food processing industries. Hands-on experience in AC/DC/Servo drives, motors, generators, PLC controlled equipment.  Conveyors, mixers, coolers, packaging equipment, printers, balers, etc.  Electrical and electronic experience in design, test, calibration, troubleshooting and installation.     

o       Salary: $40/hr

·        Chief Operating Engineer / Facilities Engineer

o       Second Class Operating Engineer license + R/HVAC Mechanic 313A + Gas Fitter 2 licensed.  15 years+ experience in ammonia refrigeration plants, gas fired steam boiler systems, steam generation / distribution and condensate return systems, HVAC building systems in industrial environments.  Class A plant experience.  Knowledge of CMMS.  Leading apprentices, coordinating contractors, and liaison with TSSA inspectors on plant visits.      

o       Salary: $50/hr+

·        HVAC / Refrigeration Mechanic

o       313A Refrigeration and HVAC license.  25 yrs+ work experience in air conditioning, heating and refrigeration equipment installation and servicing.  Repair and install of commercial refrigeration equipment, coolers and freezers, maintenance of boilers, roof top units, HVAC units, ventilation systems.  Commercial and industrial equipment maintenance, servicing, installations.

·        Automation Manager

o       Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. 20 years+ experience in operations and program management in various industrial environments. Budgeting / cost control, commissioning and troubleshooting, planning, customer liaison, team building, guiding electrical and mechanical automation design projects.  Leadership of up to 20 staff. Overseeing on-site installation and start-up at customer sites across North America.  Open to relocation.

·        Production Manager

o       Manufacturing Engineering Diploma + CIM (Canadian Institute of Management). 20 yrs+ work experience in industrial environments, primarily food and consumer goods sectors, in supervisory and management roles.  Experience overseeing operations, sanitation, facilities and maintenance work as well as initiating CI and capital improvement projects.  Knowledge of CFIA, AIB, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.

·        Maintenance Technician

o       Industrial Electro-Mechanical maintenance certificate. 10 years+ experience in electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial manufacturing and commercial service sectors.  Electrical and mechanical PM, maintenance of high-speed escalators, sorting machinery, imaging/scanning equipment. Experience scheduling work, documenting PM duties and component inventories.         

o       Salary: $30/hr

·        CNC Machinist

o       Mechanical Technician Diploma (CNC).  2 years+ experience in operating, set-up, and programming of CNC lathes.  Milling and turning parts in both horizontal and vertical positions.  Parts inspection using precision measuring instruments.  Using surface grinders.  Experience with Fanuc controls, manual mills, saw machines, blueprint reading, etc.

·        IT Manager / Director

o       Advanced Network Professional Diploma + CCNP + PMP.  15 years+ of work experience in IT infrastructural consulting, operational and project management in lead and supporting roles.  IT infrastructure, end-user HW, NW, security, communications upgrades, and migrations to current Windows workspaces as well as application development and deployment. Industrial, municipal, financial services, etc. sectors.       

o       Salary: $80/hr to $120/hr (contract) / $140K+ (perm)

·        Welder

o       CWB GMAW flat ticket (current) + prior tickets for flat, horizontal and vertical in SMAW and GMAW, 2 positions in GTAW.  8 years+ experience in welding stainless steel, mild steel and MIG aluminum.  Experience with MIG, Stick, Flux, and TIG.  Able to set-up and cut with oxyacetylene torch and plasma.  Operation of shop machinery (forklift, cranes, etc.).  Repair and fabrication of parts, beams, frames, etc.  Single and multi-pass beads.

·        Millwright 

o       Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license. 25 years+ experience in mechanical maintenance / millwright duties in various industrial environments.   Majority of experience in food plants and pharma facilities.  Experience installation of equipment, PM of gearboxes, conveyors, packaging machinery, etc.  Install / replacement of motors, shafts, bearings, drive chains, etc.  Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes.   

o       Salary: $37/hr+

o       Second Class Operating Engineer license + Refrigeration Operator A + Mechanical Engineering Degree.  14 years+ experience in refinery plant, food, refrigerated warehousing, and public sector environments.  Familiar with high pressure steam boiler, ammonia refrigeration, cogen systems, water chillers, diesel generator, steam turbines, etc.  Experience in First Class and Class A plants. Maintenance of power plants, refrigeration and HVAC systems.

·        Pressure Vessel Welder

o        CWB certified in SMAW (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead) + FCAW (flat and horizontal plate).  9 years+ experience in welding _ heavy gauge / structural to light steel. Experience with MIG, Stick, custom weld / fabrication. 2+ years of pressure vessel welding experience.  Experience with forklift operation, overhead cranes, oxyacetylene and plasma.
