Our Staff

The owner management team have over sixty-five years of successful experience in the personnel placement field. Our Search Consultants are trained recruitment professionals with post secondary education in Human Resources, Business or Engineering as well as additional certifications including CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) designations. Our search group has expert recruiting experience and provides comprehensive, industry specific candidate search services.

Our Methodology and Database

The search and selection methods used by our staff support all aspects of identifying desired personnel and maintaining a high degree of professionalism while building on-going relationships with Clients and Candidates.

Trans-United maintains its own extensive database of computerized applicant records. Our candidate retrieval software customizes the search parameters to suit each Client's unique needs. Its speed and flexibility allow maximum time to focus on the recruitment process with maximum efficiency.
