• Post secondary technical education
• 5 years+ of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience with flexo printing industry an asset
• Familiarity with Food Safety industry standards
• Strong time and change management skills with a reputation for punctuality and reliability

Duties / Responsibilities |
- SHIFT ROTATION: Days (2 weeks), Afternoons (2 weeks), Nights (2 weeks)
- Provide continuous monitoring, sampling and testing of manufactured products to ensure products are produced to spec
- Work with the QA and Production Team to prepare, organize and document trials, update spec sheets
- Review and file Certificates of Analysis from suppliers
- Update standard operating procedures and Non-Conformance Reports
- Coordination of quarantined product
- Assist with training of new employees
- Maintain adherence to GMP/AIB, Health and Safety Standards and company regulations across all processes and personnel
- Complete job approval start-up checks at press and bag converting stations according to standard and specifications
- Collect samples to complete various measurements (metric and imperial), weights, qualitative checks and destructive testing at press and bag converting stations
- Check and approve in process and finished product for release
- Check solvent retention when required
