• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years+ of machine operation or printing experience preferred
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to distinguish between colors and have good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work with a team and complete set-up within the allocated time

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- SHIFT ROTATION: Days (2 weeks), Afternoons (2 weeks), Nights (2 weeks)
- Setting up printing plates on flexographic printing presses while ensuring conformance to customer quality specs
- Mount correct quantity of plates and number of plates based off listed colors and guidelines for flexographic printing
- Check plates for defects prior to mounting and archiving of plates
- Ensure proper cylinder size and backing is used
- Examine cylinders prior to mounting to ensure they have good gears and bearings
- Pull correct tooling as documented on the Job Spec Sheets
