- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Construction or related field
- 10+ years experience in ICI construction as a Project Site Superintendent
- Gold Seal Certification an asset
- Experience in Lean methodology and modern ICI project practices
- Projects portfolio including $200 million+ project value run to completion including managing teams including other Superintendents, concrete construction, municipal buildings
- Strong ability and proven experience in leading a site crew of various sizes and run entire teams including other Superintendents
- Experience with concrete construction and municipal building construction
- Experience with collaborative delivery models – IPD, Progressive Design Build, etc.
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business acumen

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to all site employees
- Effectively manage project sub-trades and liaise with the client
- Demonstrate Lean methodologies and practices daily and foster an attitude of gratitude with all personnel
- Responsible for multi-million dollar ICI projects – project and site management, employee management, Health & Safety, Tools and Equipment
- Other tasks or Projects as assigned that may fall under the umbrella of the position
