• Post-secondary education an asset ; High School Diploma as a minimum
• 5 years experience as a Service Manager or Coordinator
• Experience with refrigeration-based HVAC equipment
• Mechanical aptitude / technical knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail and task oriented and analytical
• Able to problem solve and make decisions based on facts
• Time management skills

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Set up support needed for products, from testing in-house to assisting with coordinating technicians for start-up / commissioning to aftermarket technical support
- Ensure that the equipment to the field is supported properly
- Evaluating service reps for various sales regions and establishing service agreements
- Schedule Customer Service Techs for training at company facility and in the field
- Provide technical support for Field Technicians over the phone and via email
- Provide troubleshooting support for equipment and controls
- Generate technical service bulletins
- Coordinate service parts
