- 5 yrs+ of hands-on manufacturing sector experience
- Ability to initiate, plan and manage projects
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices

- Ability to use Solid Works and MS Office

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Responsible for developing methods for manufacturing processes
- Develop jigs and fixtures
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to make and sustain high levels of product quality
- Source spare parts
- Plan and execute the setup of new machinery
- Assist in developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety standards ; Implement new processes
- Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Create maintenance schedule for new manufacturing equipment
- Other duties as assigned
