- Mechanical and Electrical maintenance training and aptitude (trade license not required)
- 5 yrs+ experience in maintenance of industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with metal fabrication / parts production preferred
- Good familiarity with drives, gearboxes, and motors
- Experience with machining or welding an asset
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance 480V and under (wiring, circuits, power suppliers, PLC troubleshooting, etc.)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Repair, maintaining and/or overhauling automated and PLC controlled fabrication equipment as needed
- Troubleshooting fabrication equipment – mechanical and any electrical (wiring, circuits, power supplies, etc.), 480V and under
- Participating in PM program
- Complete all maintenance work in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Act of Ontario and industrial regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
