Duties / Responsibilities |
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and under budget
- Support the development of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external participants
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress including resource requirements. Communicate progress on a regular basis to all participants
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedules and budgets obtaining appropriate approvals as required. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools including: Microsoft Project, Open Issue Matrix, Excel and various finance tools
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Liaise with engineering to develop scope detail, schedules, internal and job site contingencies
- Support and maintain relationships with the customer and third parties/vendors
- Meet with clients to clarify specifications and define requirements of each project
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Ensure that correct resources are coordinated for the installations including: personnel, equipment, rentals, hotels and other tools as required
- Ensure that personnel have the required training/certification for the project
- Liaise with shipping department to guarantee that all materials are delivered to job site on time
- Plan provision of all required tools, rentals, etc. as required and coordinate with customer as appropriate
- Identify and address quality issues and shop-to-site, company-to-customer, and design-to-performance problems
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Must be able to travel freely to the United States.
