| Duties / Responsibilities |
DAYS: Mon-Fri
Pay rate is $42 - $44/hour with Overtime after 40 hours.
Qualifications: Millwright certification with 5 - 10 years' experience within a manufacturing facility; 2 years' supervisory experience an asset with experience including employee hiring, performance management, etc.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities include directing the site employees in their day to day activities ensuring that quality work/products produced meet specifications and are produced effectively and efficiently; tracking all site jobs to ensure jobs are on budget; scheduling jobs with coordination from the customer, coordinating with the Shop Supervisor as required.
