- Industrial Millwright certification
- At least 5 years of previous maintenance experience working in a production / manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic principles
- Strong mechanical and technical understanding
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to deal with unexpected production floor changes / issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to establish long and short-term goals and lead maintenance personnel to execute on these goals
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, conveyor systems, and production machinery
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measurement and testing instruments to apply appropriate repairs
- Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
- Maintain effective equipment maintenance schedules and records on company equipment and tools
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Procure parts for necessary repairs and adjustments
- Management and development of parts inventory
- Perform various other maintenance functions as assigned
