- Post-secondary technical education OR previous experience in a steel fabrication environment
- Previous work experience in a project management role working with mechanical and structural metals
- Previous experience estimating / costing jobs
- Knowledge and ability to read drawings
- Strong attention to detail, observation, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures
- Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Computer literate

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing job estimates and estimate costs by gathering costing information from suppliers and third party vendors
- Preparing estimates on multiple projects at once and following them to completion
- Act as go-between on projects for company and customers
- Order materials for projects
- Other duties as may be required
