| Duties / Responsibilities |
Highly knowledgeable in business development and sales processes, targets, KPI’s, budgeting, pipeline management as well as commercial terms and conditions and contract law.
Understanding of estimating processes – i.e.: material take-offs, material costs, labour calculations and productivity rates, budget build-ups, scheduling, risk and execution planning.
Strong presentation, negotiating and closing skills.
Strong understanding of structural and platework steel fabrication, design/connections, modularization and erection practices.
