- High School Diploma required
- Diploma in a technical or manufacturing program preferred OR equivalent experience
- Knowledge of ISO standards and specifically TS 16949 preferred
- Quality system auditing experience
- Knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of statistical sampling methods
- Experience with bar code labelling software an asset
- Computer skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), E-Mail

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Support quality, manufacturing, engineering, shipping and customer service departments
- Ensure compliance to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Perform daily setup verifications
- Perform incoming quality inspections and verifications of raw materials
- Maintain annual production part layout program
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation
- Maintain KPI data and reports
- Perform layered audits and related documentation
- Perform gauge calibrations, MSA studies and maintain program records
- Perform SPC analysis and maintain program records
- Create and maintain bar code labels
