| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Provide strong leadership in Health & Safety and ensure results in safety, quality, waste, OEE, continuous improvement and 5S
- Motivate and engage employees, providing coaching and optimizing production performance
- Help develop and implement operational strategy and effectively optimize resources to maximize achievement of targets
- Support employee development and ensure necessary training is received
- Coordinate the daily planning of production and manage changes to lineups
- Ensure compliance with standardized manufacturing practices and procedures
- Maximize synergy and foster collaboration among departments and business units
- Serve as a resources person within the group to fulfill various requests
