- Union environment experience an asset
- Experience in a supervisory / leadership role
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills

- Track record of demonstrated success in manufacturing, teamwork, and continuous improvement

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, ensure production and staffing meet production targets and objectives
- Actively audit the quality of product in assigned department
- Train and coach production staff
- Ensure workplace safety, communications, and employee engagement are priorities
- Jump in and be ‘hands-on’ if needed (on forklift, etc.)
