- Engineering Degree or Diploma (preference for Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial) OR trade license OR related experience
- 5 yrs+ experience in project management and automotive industry
- Prior sales experience generating additional sales / new leads from current customers preferred
- Experience spearheading / supervising program launches from A to Z
- Prior experience in either plastics or rubber injection processes an asset
- Knowledge of tooling an asset
- Experience with customer liaison
- Strong leadership skills and sense of diplomacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Lead projects related to the launch of new products and related process requirements
- Initiate corrective actions and manage launch activities A to Z
- Make sure new programs launch on time and interact with customers
