- Minimum 2 years of Building / Facility general maintenance work experience
- Experience and knowledge working with minor facility building repairs and plumbing
- Experience with general cleaning / maintenance equipment
- Able to work proactively and take initiative on maintenance projects
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Responsible for general building maintenance such as install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility building while adhering to company and GMP policies and procedures
- Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance, patching and painting on floors, walls, ceilings, and other building items
- Replace / repair locks, doors, door closers, flooring and light bulbs
- Manage and maintain maintenance shop, including inventory and equipment
- Monitor the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, locks, doors, door closers and other building items
- Perform minor plumbing / water faucet repairs
- Follow Food Safety / Health & Safety and GMP policies and procedures
- Conduct maintenance activities ensuring tool control and product safety
