- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preference for Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental)
- 2 yrs+ related industrial experience in a production environment
- Good verbal and writing skills
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports
- Ability to effectively present information to all levels within the Company and to suppliers
- Strong knowledge and experience using spreadsheets

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Provide technical support and leadership to improve manufacturing processes through analysis and strategic planning
- Identify inefficient manufacturing processes, define technical solutions to improve productivity and process reliability, enhance product quality and reduce costs
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including analysis of process operations to define a problem, project control for equipment repairs or processes, and project management for new equipment or process installation
- Identify potential risks of process failures on the production lines and ancillary operations and implement appropriate actions to avoid process failure
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations to troubleshoot recurring / difficult problems
