- Experienced with Plans, Specifications, Codes, Contracts, Materials, Scheduling

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Production schedule approval and site scheduling, site preparation, scheduling of trades and coordination of pre-construction building materials
- Responsible to manage construction personnel, conduct regular meetings and reviews regarding quality, safety, production etc.
- Managerial and stakeholder communication
- Understanding of Tarion Standards and experience using NewStar Homebuilder ERP Software
- Meet expected quality standards and budgets
