- 5 years+ progressive sales experience – ideally including packaging sales or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)
- Experience managing key accounts
- Self starter with a determination to succeed

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Business development of existing and new accounts to achieve sales potential on company products
- Hold regular sales meetings with accounts
- Respond to all customer problems / opportunities promptly
- Ensure timely follow-up of credit problems
- Interact with all direct accounts and at retail store level where applicable
- Ensure effective investment of accrued marketing / merchandising funds for distributors to drive volume
- Achieve annual sales budget
- Provide information on new business development along with new product and prospect opportunities
- Develop and maintain forecast budgets for accounts and territories managed
- Collect and communicate market, competitive and other useful information to improve marketing and sales planning
- Prepare daily reports, weekly itineraries, and month end reports to be reviewed with Regional Manager on a continuous basis
- Review frequent Sales Analysis Reports of account performance to establish and execute sales strategies
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives as required
