- Red Seal Industrial Millwright license (433A)
- 3 yrs+ experience in a maintenance role in an industrial environment
- Experience with mechanical devices, pneumatic controls, and welding / cutting
- Able to read and understand blueprints / mechanical drawings
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must have own set of metric standard tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, walk or stand 70% of shift or more

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- SHIFT: Continental Day / Night rotation – 7:00 to 7:00 (1 week DAYS, 1 week NIGHTS)
- Maintenance production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Remove defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examine form and texture of parts
- Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, and straightedges
- Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment
- Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- Prepare mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment and machinery
- Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment
