- High School Diploma
- 1 year of experience operating counter-balance forklift
- Experience in heavy-industry manufacturing, construction, or similar industry preferred
- Able to work in a dusty environment (protective equipment includes hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, face mask and face shield ; some tasks will require wearing an N95 mask - fit test required where candidate must be clean shaven)
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a routine basis

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- SHIFT: Continental Day / Night rotation – 7:00 to 7:00 (1 week DAYS, 1 week NIGHTS)
- Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures
- Complete health & safety pre-start checklists
- Ensure product being produced meets established quality specifications
- Document quality checks at regular intervals
- Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established operating procedures
- Operate counterbalance, propane-powered forklift
- Document production numbers, items contributing to down-time (using computerized system as well as hand-written production reports)
- General housekeeping duties
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required or assigned by Management
