- Red Seal / Inter Provincial Industrial Millwright (433A) license
- 3 years+ experience in mechanical maintenance in industrial environments
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Eager to learn new skills
- Excellent organizational skills

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Perform all relevant PM, troubleshooting activities for existing, new, updated or modified equipment and systems
- Work within CSA compliance and safety standards as it relates to the Ministry of Labor
- Troubleshooting and efficient resolution to reduce equipment and production downtime
- Assist in projects and development of machine parts
- Work on teams to develop counter measures to problems and participate in Kaizen actitivies
- Complete records concerning PMs
- Replacement of defective equipment / parts
- Equipment repair including diagnosis and appropriate resolution
- Installation of new equipment and/or parts
