• Post-secondary education
• Experience with estimating and liaison with industrial sector customers
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Negotiation and sales support experience
• Solid mathematics skills
• Prior exposure to ISO 9000 standards / environment preferred
• English fluency – spoken, written
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook)
• Able to work in a team environment under minimal supervision

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Generate quotes for current and prospective customers
- Develop new drawings from current files using in-house software
- Communicate new and current project information to internal team members
- Prepare detailed estimates and purchase orders for products in a timely fashion taking into account customer requirements, product specs, weight load capacity, etc.
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Manage sales files, documentation, and quotation tracking and information provided by the sales team
- Ensure accurate data flow from sales department to production floor
- Promote company products to customers through various marketing and sales initiatives
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required or assigned by Management
