Duties / Responsibilities
    General Manager REPORTS TO Owner | CEO POSITION SUMMARY The General Manager will be self-motivated and results-driven to direct and manage the organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The General Manager will possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and possess strong leadership qualities. In addition, the General Manager will oversee and play an active role in the development and completion of all projects, work schedules and progress reports, and work with multiple and diverse teams. This will also involve aligning engineering activities, detailing activities and projects with company goals and objectives, providing expert guidance and support, approving newly-developed policies from various departments, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this position you will have exceptional leadership, communication and project management skills, years of management experience, and a belief in developing the skills and talents of others. As well as experience in identifying and navigating organizational changes, a keen interest in industry trends in engineering and leadership, and an above average emotional intelligence. REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge & experience of the Steel Fabrication & Construction Industry.
  • Degree in Business Management or MBA is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of all business functions.
