• College Diploma in HVAC or HVAC Technician or other technical
• 3 yrs+ experience working in HVAC related industry / sector, ideally with knowledge of PTAC units or Air Curtains
• Ability to read wiring diagrams
• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal; French language skills an asset
• Ability to prioritize, manage a busy workload and work under pressure
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Sales driven and able to build relationships both internally and with customers

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Gain / Use understanding of PTAC and Air Curtain operations to provide technical support for all internal and external inquiries
- Provide training for internal team members, key distributors and outside technicians
- Answer technical support inquiries in a timely manner
- Visit job sites as required
- Conduct product commissioning when required
- Track technical calls to identify trends
- Perform training sessions on new product implementation and existing product portfolio to internal users and external contractors / distributors
- Update BOM as requested by the inside sales team
- Work with manufacturing team to improve quality control
- Review returned units and provide determination of product status
- Deliver results and meet targets to achieve set goals
- Work to find information needed from others and proactively share own knowledge as part of mandate of position
