- Install, service and repair communications systems such as: Security systems, PA, Intercom and/or Audio Systems
- Work order preparation, scheduling coordination with customer
- Troubleshoot systems to determine faults, functionality and solutions
- Strong communication skille to communicate with customers on progress, updates and resolving customer's concerns etc
