- Industrial Electrician (442A) certification
- 5 yrs+ in a manufacturing environment performing electrical maintenance support
- 3 yrs+ experience repairing plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment preferred
- Must be able to read hydraulic and electrical prints
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all departments
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to follow instructions and directions diligently
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight time constraints
- Ability to follow safe work practices
- Able to prioritize to meet deadlines and work with little or no supervision
- Able to take initiative in their work
- Good attendance and safety record
- Willing and able to work outlined shift schedule as required

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Troubleshoot, repair and conduct preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and plastic processing equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment and infrastructure
- Ensure all equipment, structures, and tools are in safe operating condition as per manufacturer’s specifications
- Contribute to plant cost and downtime reduction
- Plan and execute work assignments utilizing equipment schematics, drawings and manuals
- Repair, maintain and install equipment using hand and power tools, rigging equipment, testers and meters as required
- Repair, maintain and install equipment using Forklifts, Skyjacks and Cranes as required
- Complete all required documentation
- Follow all safety and non-safety related procedures
- Follow all Environmental procedures
- Continuous participation in training programs and seminars
- Continuous participation in 5S program
- Perform other duties as assigned
