- Industrial Millwright (433A) certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with automated machinery
- Must have experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Able to implement continuous improvements to equipment and associated processes
- Effective communication skills - both written and oral
- Self-starter who requires minimal direction with strong organization skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to perform hands-on maintenance duties, problem solve solutions, adjust machinery and repair / replace defective parts
- Highly motivated
- Great self-discipline
- Able to adapt to changes in production demands / environment
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Computer literate - MS Office and CMMS
- Willing and able to work assigned shift and overtime as required

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, conveyor systems, and production machinery
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measurement and testing instruments
- Control downtime by informing production workers of routine maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance
- Work to improve machine efficiency, reduce scrap, and improve quality of product / processes
- Maintain effective equipment maintenance schedules and records on company equipment and tools
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform various other maintenance functions as assigned
