- 5+ year's experience in Maintenance in a Supervisory Capacity
- Union experience required
- Strong understanding of trades and dealing with trades personnel in a 24/7 environment
- Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance
- Experience with capital projects and installations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
