- Trade license (Millwright, Electrician, etc.) or post-secondary technical Degree / Diploma
- Prior experience supervising skilled trades in a high volume parts production environment; automotive industry experience an asset
- 5 yrs+ experience within a large manufacturing plant
- Experience with metal parts production a strong asset
- Leadership and communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Health & Safety focused

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Frontline supervision of maintenance team members on assigned shift
- Assist Manager with developing and implementing PM programs
- Conduct root cause analyses as well as managing & coordinating PM scheduling
- Provide technical expertise to team members with a focus on optimizing equipment and machinery to meet KOIs
- Ensure plant and facilities are fit for meeting production requirements
- Planning, leading, organizing, controlling emergency, corrective and preventive maintenance
- Conduct work to the satisfaction of key performance indicators: reduced downtime, maintenance budget, safety scorecard
- Work towards ensuring optimum equipment uptime and reliability
