- 3+ year's experience in a Supervisory/Managerial position
- 3+ year's experience in Maintenance in a Manufacturing Environment
- Good understanding/experience in implementing and utilizing the Maintenance Management system.
- Good English and communication skills

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Oversee all Maintenance of facility, production machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve all maintenance issues efficiently and cost-effectively
- Resolve maintenance issues and recommend options/plan for resolution
- Implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plans
- Liaise with Contractors and Suppliers and oversee their work
- Oversee Employees, mentor, train and give evaluations and disciplines
