- Industrial Millwright (433A) certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with automated machinery
- Must have experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Able to implement continuous improvements to equipment and associated processes
- Effective communication skills - both written and oral

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Days (6:00am to 2:00pm); Afternoon (2:00pm to 10:00pm) ; Nights (10:00pm to 6:00am)
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements on motors, conveyor systems, and production machinery
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measurement and testing instruments
- Read diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Install, align and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools
- Operate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery
- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
- Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
- Perform welding as required
- Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
- Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment
- Participate in Lean Activities
