- PMP designation an asset
- 3 yrs+ of experience in project management a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection and/or thermoforming plastics processing
- Strong knowledge of design and development of plastic products or molds
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to assemble and effectively manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing an asset

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Provide leadership and co-ordination of all aspects of product development
- Value engineer and deliver new and existing products from concept to launch following company process and New Product Development process
- Drive improvements in product design enhancing manufacturability and optimizing cost benefits
- Manage product opportunities consistent with concept-to-production process
- Complete design input worksheet with Account Manager ; determine deliverables for project phases with Sales / Business Development
- Manage deliverables as required (part design, concept drawings, samples, test parts, etc.) and ensure projects are delivered on time and budget
