- Post secondary education an asset
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a plastic extrusion-based production manufacturing environment
- 5 years of working experience in a plastics extrusion production / manufacturing facility
- Able to do audits on existing system(s) / machines, conduct Root Cause Analyses, know what to do to fix issues and implement changes to do so (proactive improvement / maintenance)
- Experience with Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Health & Safety training an asset

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- SHIFT: continental day / night rotation (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights)
- Manage day-to-day activities within the manufacturing process area
- Ensure all manufacturing is in accordance to the schedule while motivating staff in achieving desired quality, efficiency and delivery performance
- Work closely with production control, purchasing, engineering and sales in order to meet customer requirements
- Ensure all material is stored in it's proper locations and quantities are accurate
- Plan and organize each department's workload and priorities
