- Bilingual - French / English (written / spoken)
- Ability to set-up, start, monitor and adjust an extrusion line
- Expertise in extrusion of plastic tubes, rods, and profiles - as many of following as possible preferred: Acrylic, ABS, PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Styrene, Polycarbonate, PPS, Ultem

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Ability to supervise a group of production employees
- Ability to complete production and inspection reports
- Good understanding of ISO 9001 quality system and standards
- Familiar with on-line measuring equipment (Zumbach)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of production equipment (single screw extruders, pullers, saws, dryers, etc.)
- Understanding of polymer rheology would be an asset
