- CRSP designation is a strong asset
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an EHS role

- Experience with WSIB
- Attention to detail and ability to execute EHS priorities and initiatives

- Management and administration of EHS systems, policies, procedures
- Worker's Compensation return to work function and injury claims management
- Investigations and incident/accident management
- Safety training development and delivery
- Environmental Coordination and Monitoring
- Counseling and mentoring employees on EHS requirements and how to apply them
