- 5+ year's experience in a machining, fabrication or assembly shop experience preferred in a small to medium sized facility
- Electrical, Mechanical, Millwright, Machinist or other applicable educational technical background or similar industry experience considered
- Excellent communication, organized and ability to lead plant personnel
- Hands-on experience is an asset
- Must be technical and able to troubleshoot
- Union experience a must

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Oversee a medium sized manufacturing/Production facility
- Responsible to oversee the overall Health and Safety, Quality Compliance, Maintenance, Continuous Improvements, Purchasing and Reports and Supervisory positions
- Oversee personnel, maintain manufacturing schedules and remain within cost/budgets
- Oversee maintenance and production schedules
- Work closely with all Supervisors and Technical Personnel to maintain on-time production
