- Strong telephone sales experience with an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- sales / marketing minded individual who enjoys talking to people and has experience generating qualified leads
- previous experience with software marketing and/or B2B (business-to-business) marketing an asset
- comfortable with making outbound cold calls on the phone and using a hands-free telephone headset
- focus on driving results by following up with prospects and exploring opportunities for new lead generation

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Make outbound calls to business customers / potential business customers and generate qualified leads over the phone that ultimately can lead to sales of company software product / services ; goal of having something accomplished with each call
- Explaining and marketing company products and services
- Obtain prospect email contact information so company can provide more comprehensive information to the prospect about the company product
- Ideally, also generate interest in prospect viewing a product demo via Skype either at that time or in the future; pass off to support team to take over the demo process with the lead
- Maintain log of customer contacts and information / appointments
- Make follow up contact calls to prospects after a period of time with goal of advancing their interest in booking a product demo
