- Oversee management of service level agreements, scope of work and contract terms.
- Good negotiator

- Finding new home products and introducing them
- Strong communication skills

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Oversee and manage Sourcing/Procurement for all projects
- Develop a more diverse supplier group to meet project needs and identify new vendors
- Negotiate and oversee purchase contracts
- Sourcing, contracting, negotiating of supplies/materials
- Create partnerships with new and existing vendors and identify best sourcing
- Cost evaluation and quality of goods/services
- Creating and following budgets, watching construction costs
- Create and administer bids, request for quotes, request for proposals, vendor documentation and information etc.
