- Technical Diploma or Degree
- 5 yrs+ relevant experience with web development
- Demonstrated skills in UI design and planning with REACT
- Proficiency with .NET Core, Transact-SQL, C#, HTML / CSS / JavaScript (jQuery), ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Bootstrap and REST
- Test-Driven Development: unit testing with MOQ, integration testing, acceptance testing
- Agile Methodologies & Planning
- In-depth understanding of Azure (Web Services, App Services, Key Vault, Function Apps, Service Bus, SignalR)
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems, including understanding requirements, verifying expectations and written documentation
- Practical understanding of SOLID coding principles

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Develop complex software employing Test-Driven Development techniques to meet user needs and performance requirements
- Implement user stories with a focus on front end (UI) but also encompassing middle tier (application layer/services) and back end (database design and access/updating)
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing written documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- Maintain relevant, timely and accurate reporting and status updates for all projects and take on increasing complex project management responsibilities
