| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Oversee floor staff and provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver top results
- Promote a culture of safety
- Foster continuous improvement
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel comfortable to bring forward new ideas
- Work closely with team members to deliver results to meet both daily and weekly production schedules
- Participate in audits
- Resolve employee issues through counselling sessions investigations or grievance meetings as needed
- Active participant in daily team meetings
