- Industrial Millwright (433A) certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance role in a manufacturing environment with highly automated equipment
- Prior automotive parts production industry experience an asset
- Previous experience with metal work, welding fabrication and machining
- Must have experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- progression to $34.10 after one year
- Perform direct maintenance work for repair, adaptation, re-design, preventative maintenance and installation of all plant equipment, machinery, and infrastructure in accordance with the objectives of the Maintenance Department and the shortest downtime
- Troubleshoot to assess repair requirements
- Modify machinery and equipment as directed
- Install equipment (i.e fans, conveyors, chutes, guards)
- Repair of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Inspect all machinery for defects and potential problems in accordance with preventative maintenance programs, repairing and replacing parts as required in specified time frame
