- P.Eng. license
- 5 yrs or more experience managing an engineering team

- Ability to generate, explain, and understand technical ideas and concepts
- Capable of managing multiple ongoing projects

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Responsible for building, structuring and leading the Engineering Department to success
- Work closely with other company leaders
- Provide executive leadership to a team of Engineers at various levels to ensure they work with synergy to attain the business objectives
- Focus on day-to-day management and conceptualizing of simultaneous projects
- Deliver designs within time and budget constraints and foster innovative solutions to customer needs
