Duties / Responsibilities
    Supervise Service staff and Service Technicians Provide advice to customers and handle customer complaints, investigating and solving technical issues. Schedule and book service to customers, and assign duties to Service Technicians. Record service items, job costing and invoicing Provide up to date documentation for all service arrangements.
