• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Degree (with P.Eng. preferred) OR Licensed Industrial Millwright or Electrician with extensive management experience
• 15 yrs work experience in a trade / engineering-oriented function
• 10 yrs+ experience in a direct supervisory role

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Responsible for the management, development and efficient operation of the Maintenance, Powerhouse, Waste Water Treatment Plant, and Engineering departments
- Work as part of senior leadership team to drive productivity and plant equipment is operating at maximum efficiency / output
- Ensure efficient operation of equipment and plant services including cost control, safety and product quality
- Provide leadership for plant engineering team
- Apply project management methodology to achieve plant operating improvements and superior facility management
- Oversee operational support for the power engineering team
- Develop and manage annual Maintenance and Engineering departmental budgets
- Analyze current and future opportunities for cost saving
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures, user manuals and training materials
