- Completion of Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright course OR several years of experience as a Mold Set-Up Technician; Millwright license an asset
- Capable of using an Overhead Crane and Lift Truck and necessary tools in a safe manner
- Experience with mechanical maintenance and set-up of mechanical equipment
- Any plastic injection mold machinery set-up experience an asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy

| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Responsible for all mold changes on injection molding machines
- Make required part changes (cores and cavities)
- Set up and processing injection molding machines along with sonic welders and other auxilliary equipment
- Interpret, follow and fill out required documents (set-up sheet or other)
- Perform minor repairs or adjustments to other equipment (unplug grinder chute, repair wiring and switches, etc.)
- Shut down machines, operate robot and restart machines
- Install and set-up tooling and program robot positions
